Elderberry

These beautiful purple-black berries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins for the immune system. Traditionally, Elderberries were used during various infections and as a vulnerary (wound healing) for skin conditions. Elderberries show their strength during the oncoming symptoms of impending colds or flu.

RECOMMENDATION: Elderberries are a fun addition as they can be made into a syrup used for a handful of things such as mocktails, cocktails, an ice cream topper or used in other recipes!
